Shares: Founding Chairman and CEO Marc Simoncini holds 23% of the shares, IAC (Match.com's reference shareholder) holds 27% and the public (float) holds 50%. Voting rights: Marc Simoncini holds 36%, IAC 21% and the public (float) 43%.

On 5 January 2009, Meetic projected 20 to 25% growth of the EBITDA (earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortisation) margin for the year, driven by massive marketing investments in 2008 which fully achieved the Group's brand recognition targets.

Meetic is a growth company and has never paid dividends since its creation. In 2009, the Group entered a major new growth phase with the acquisition of Match.com's European activities, significantly strengthening its European leadership position. The Group may shortly decide to pay out dividends in view of the considerable financial synergies expected to result from this acquisition and Meetic's business model, which generates significant cash flow.
