Shares: Founding Chairman and CEO Marc Simoncini holds 23% of the shares, IAC (Match.com's reference shareholder) holds 27% and the public (float) holds 50%. Voting rights: Marc Simoncini holds 36%, IAC 21% and the public (float) 43%.

On 22nd March 2011, Meetic again reiterated its annual EBITDA margin target of 20 to 25%.

A growth company, since its creation Meetic has only once, in 2010 (a dividend on its 2009 results), paid an exceptional dividend of €1.50 per share. The payment of this exceptional dividend marks:
- the exceptional growth recorded by the Group since its creation in 2001: Meetic has not only created a market, that of online dating, but has also managed to make online dating socially acceptable and to make it one of the leading dating places across Europe today;
