Recruitment :
Through excellent control of our recruitment policy, the Group's workforce has doubled every year. Today, our recruitment policy is based on four fundamental principles :

  • Recruitment of staff who are experts in their field
  • Recruitment of multicultural staff
  • Recruitment, by principal, on permanent job contracts
  • Compliance with article L122-45 of the Labour Code relative to discrimination

Recruitment process :
Each CV is sorted by the recruitment officer and analysed in conjunction with a line manager. Each shortlisted applicant meets with their future manager and with an HR staff member responsible for hiring. These interviews can be carried out one after the other or at the same time. If both interviews and the tests undertaken by the applicant are conclusive, the applicant is contacted and rapidly integrated within their new team.
