Our Recruitment Process

So you’ve decided you want to work with us? Excellent news!
The recruitment process at Meetic Europe is clear and transparent.

Interviews
  • Your application is reviewed by our team, who’ll get back to you regardless of the outcome: that’s our promise!
  • An initial phone or video interview with a recruiter (30-45 minutes).
  • One to two role-specific interviews with members of your future team, in person or remotely.
  • A final interview with the head of department and your future HR advisor.
Onboarding at Meetic
  • Before you start, we work with the People team, IT and your future manager to make sure everything’s just right for your first day.
  • We stay in regular contact with you and answer your questions; you choose your hardware (Mac, Windows PC or Linux PC)!
  • That's it, you’re good to go: Let the Meetic adventure begin!
  • We’ll treat you to breakfast, then it's time to meet your new colleagues!
